Monument Square, HAVERHILL, MA

Design Consultants, Inc. (DCI) was responsible for the urban renewal of Haverhill’s Hallmark Square.

The project included the complete redesign of the intersection along with a one half mile of roadway. DCI’s design provided a closed loop traffic signal system for the corridor. DCI provided field engineering, inspection, and advise during construction on items such as wheelchair ramps, monument relocation and track excavation.
